Cancellation Policy

Readings will not begin until payment is received. We accept various forms of payment, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and payments through Facebook. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this period will result in NO REFUNDS. * Late Arrival Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, appointments may need to be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Tim Soaring Wolf unless previously communicated and worked out prior. * Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule appointments based on availability. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time. * Confidentiality: All information shared during readings is kept confidential.
